Cut pieces of curling ribbon into approximately 12″ pieces.
Tie a piece to a wire ring or wreath form. Any size can be used, but you may need more candy for larger rings.
Make a loop on one side of curling ribbon close to ring, as if tying a bow.
Slip in the cellophane end of a piece of candy and pull tight. Do same on other side of curling ribbon.
Curl ends of ribbon with scissors.
Continue all the way around, pushing candy together and leaving a space for the bow at the top.
